-Cancelation Policies-
You may cancel 12 hours before scheduled appointment time. In the case of a no-show or late cancelation you will be charged up to 50% of the service cost or as stated on our scheduling site.
If the card on file declines you will have 24 hours to pay invoice or update card on file to then be charged, or all future appointments will be canceled.
If you no-show or late cancel more then 3 times in a year we will not take you as a client.
-Appointment Policies-
If you arrive late to an appointment we will not be able to extend the appointment time and will still be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late we may consider you a no-show and may need to reschedule.
If you need to change the type of appointment please do so online or text us at least 12 hours before scheduled appointment time so we can make adjustments.
Do not come intoxicated or under the influence of any substance. We will stop the service or cancel and you may not be welcome back.
-Scheduling Policies-
All clients must have card on file in case of forgotten wallet, no-show, or late cancelation.
Please do not take advantage of our booking system. No excessive booking. This hurts our business and our clients wanting to schedule with us.
If we see overbooking we will cancel all future appointments.
-Guest Policies-
No guests with the exception of a caregiver.
No children allowed as this is a liability to our licensed professionals and clients. We do not discriminate so there is a zero tolerance policy for everyone. If you need to reschedule due to child care we still ask you follow our cancelation policy and cancel at least 12 hours before scheduled appointment time or you will be charged according to our late cancelation/no-show policy.
